We've been waiting for you As a Senior Confluence Administrator, you'll be our go-to person for any and all things Confluence. From the big picture vision for the application to the detailed execution of the work, we'll rely on you to grow and maintain our Confluence instances, so we can keep creating world-class games. You'll collaborate with a wide array of disciplines across the organization to improve efficiency, share best practices, and optimize the tool.   • Serve as the product owner and administrator of the tool
  • Manage the roadmap for the product, including architecture, technology, and functional
  • Maintain and improve Confluence and its assorted add-ons
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions consistent with industry best practices
  • Provide support and advanced troubleshooting for thousands of Blizzard employees globally 
  • Manage user permissions according to the needs of spaces and teams
  • Evaluate, test, and implement new versions of Confluence and add-ons
  • Standardize and consolidate application solutions and processes across the organization
  • Develop training materials for Confluence and deliver training to fellow employees
  • Maintain a high-level of accuracy and timeliness while managing multiple requests with varying complexities and due dates
  • Define best practices for using Confluence across company


  • Bachelor's degree a technical discipline 
  • Deep knowledge of managing Confluence in a large, multi-methodology organization
  • Experience managing Atlassian Server software
  • Working experience with multiple Atlassian tools, such as JIRA, FishEye, HipChat, etc
  • Experience in performing Confluence installations, migrations, and add-on installation
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written) and partnering skills with both technical & non-technical users
  • Ability to prioritize across various tasks, manage changes in daily workload, and operate under several simultaneous deadlines
  • Desire to work in a diverse environment interacting with many roles and teams made up of passionate industry experts working towards a common goal
  • Familiar with HTML and CSS


  • Integration experience with other Atlassian applications (JIRA, FishEye, etc)
  • Atlassian certification
  • Familiar with CQL, JavaScript, Python, and Java
  • Video game industry experience
  • Passion for Blizzard games
