[Role & Responsibility] • Communicate Blizzard Entertainment’s positions to key constituencies including government officeholders, game experts, and opinion leaders• Work with relevant associations and other allies to promote and build support for Blizzard Entertainment’s positions• Effectively manage game ratings and supervising patch reports to game rating authorities• Analyze new and emerging policy issues, regulations, game ratings, youth protection, privacy/data protection and intellectual property rights that may affect Blizzard Entertainment’s businesses in Korea and beyond, in coordination with internal experts at Blizzard Entertainment headquarters• Assist with and manage other duties and special projects as requested by the director of Legal affairs
[Requirement] • At least 3 to 10 years of professional experience in public affairs/government relations role in one or more of national governments, a multi-national organization, a corporate government affairs office, an industry association or a policy-focused research organization. The ideal candidate will have both public and private sector experience• Able to integrate public policy with business strategy and corporate policy• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently, prioritize workflow, deal with ambiguity, meet demanding deadlines and manage multi-dimensional projects in a fast-paced environment• Able to communicate effectively across various business functions and territories, and an aptitude for working with people with diverse backgrounds and personalities• Knowledge/experience in PC online and video games• Fluent in both written and verbal English and Korean • Highest standard of ethics and transparency
[Pluses]• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the gaming/ entertainment or technology industry • Fluent in English OR Japanese
