Associate Program Manager (Contract) - Part-Time

The Associate Program Manager is responsible for providing essential support to the Sr Program Manager for HR.  This role will be responsible for leading US based projects, providing support on global projects and drafting global consolidated status reports. In this role, you will be responsible

Responsibilities:

  • Create project related documentation – project plans, kickoff materials, requirements documents, testing plans, defect and resolution logs and status reports.
  • Lead US based projects for HR specialist and generalist functions.
  • Respond to and support various project-related requests and questions.
  • Coordinate and facilitate project testing for global projects.
  • Draft weekly status reports and monthly HR dashboards for team-wide distribution.
  • Support large-scale HR initiatives.

Principal Working Relationships: Effectively partner with all areas of HR.  Interact with internal and external organizations such as Recruiting, Compensation, HR Technology, IT, Finance and vendors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR / Business or related field; or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 2 years of project-based work at an associate, within a matrixed organization
  • Advanced Word, Excel and Visio software skills
  • Exceptional detail orientation and organization skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer-focused and have strong customer service skills
  • Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

(Please note, this is a contract, part-time role, and while you will be working onsite at Blizzard Entertainment, you will be legally employed by a third party.)
